Major Achievements and Awards :
  • He belongs to Dogra dynasty and son of Maharaja Hari Singh. He was a member of India's Upper House of Parliament, the Rajya Sabha representing the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

  • He is the son of the last ruler of the erstwhile princely state of Jammu and Kashmir, Maharaja Hari Singh.

  • Former Union Minister for Tourism & Civil Aviation, Education & Culture, Govt. of India,

  • Former MP, Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha

  • Former Governor, Jammu & Kashmir,

  • He is a senior member of the Indian National Congress Party who served successively as President (Sadr-i-Riyasat) and Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.

  • In the 26th amendment to the Constitution of India promulgated in 1971, the Government of India, of which he was a Union cabinet minister, abolished all official symbols of princely India, including titles, privileges, and remuneration.

  • During the conclusion of the Cold War, he was India's ambassador to the USA.

  • He received the Padma Vibhushan in 2005.

  • Arif Mohammad Khan started his political career as student leader.

  • He became member of legislative assembly of UP in 1977 at the age of 26.

Dr. Balaji Tambe

Major Achievements and Awards :
  • Dr. Shri Balaji Tambe has initiated the SOM (Santulan Om Meditation) and SKY (Santulan Kriya Yoga) techniques. 

  • He is the founder of the Atmasantulana Village, a world-renowned holistic healing centre. He established the world's first and only Aum Temple. 

  • He has authored several books on the spiritual sciences, Yoga and Ayurveda. His compositions, healing music albums and concerts are an outcome of extensive research. 

  • He is an Ayurvedic doctor, engineer, artist, cosmologist and agriculturalist. 

  • His father Ved Shastra Sampanna Shri Vasudev Tambeshastri was an authority on the Vedic scriptures and spiritual sciences.

  • H.H. Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji’s motto in life is, “In the Service of God and humanity.” Selflessly dedicated to the welfare of all, He leads, directs and inspires numerous, wide-scale service initiatives.

  • Touched by the hand of God at the tender age of eight, Pujya Swamiji left His home to live a life devoted to God and humanity, spending His youth in silence, meditation and austerities high in the Himalayas

  • At the age of seventeen, after nine years of unbroken, intense sadhana, He returned from the forest—under the orders of His guru—and obtained an academic education to parallel His spiritual one.  Pujya Swamiji has master’s degrees in Sanskrit and Philosophy as well as fluency in many languages.

  • Under His divine inspiration and leadership, Parmarth Niketan has become a sanctuary known across the globe as one filled with grace, beauty, serenity and true divine bliss. 

  • He is the Co-Founder of Global Interfaith WASH Alliance (GIWA), the world’s first-ever international interfaith initiative which brings together the world’s faiths as allies in ensuring every child around the world has access to safe, life-giving Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).

  • He is the Founder of India Heritage Research Foundation (IHRF), Ganga Action Parivar (GAP), Divine Shakti Foundation (DSF), Interfaith Humanitarian Network/Project Hope, International Yoga Festival

  • Pujya Swamiji is also the Board of Trustees of the India Development Foundation of Overseas Indians (IDF-OI). IDF-OI was set up by the Government of India in 2008 as a not-for-profit Trust to facilitate Overseas Indian philanthropy into social and development projects in India.

  • He is the Advisory Board of KAICIID (King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue), which is an intergovernmental organization whose mandate is to promote globally the use of dialogue to prevent and resolve conflict and to enhance understanding and cooperation among different cultures and religions.

  • Pujya Swamiji’s religion is unity, and he has been a leader in numerous international, inter-faith summits and parliaments, including at the United Nations, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum and the Parliament of Religions as well as with Religions for Peace, KAICIID, the Hindu-Jewish Summit in Jerusalem, the Hindu-Christian dialogue by the Vatican and so many others. He is also a leader of frequent world peace pilgrimages across the world.

  • Pujya Swamiji is the recipient of innumerable awards, including the World Peace Ambassador Award, Hindu of the Year Award, Prominent Personality Award, by Lions’ Club, Best Citizens of India Award, the Uttaranchal Ratan Award and many more.

Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati ji

Major Achievements and Awards :
  • Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati, Ph.D  in Psychology, was raised in an American family in Hollywood, California and graduated from Stanford University.

  • She left America in 1996 to live at Parmarth Niketan in Rishikesh, India. She has been living there for 23 years, engaged in spiritual practice and service.

  • She was officially initiated into the order of Sanyas (monastic renunciation) in the year 2000, by His Holiness Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, one of the most revered spiritual leaders in India and the President of Parmarth Niketan.

  • She gives daily spiritual discourses and Satsang, teaches meditation, provides counseling and oversees myriad charitable and humanitarian projects and activities.

  • Sadhviji is a renowned speaker who gives keynote addresses at large forums, on a wide variety of topics ranging from conscious business to science and spirituality to sustainable development to the keys of happiness and peace in life to all aspects of yoga

  • Her TEDx talk on her journey from “Hollywood to the HolyWoods” has been watched by over 160,000 people and the documentary on her life has been watched online by nearly a quarter of a million people.

  • She has spoken at several United Nations events, including with the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General of the UN, and at many high-level international conferences and summits.

  • Sadhviji has received numerous national and international awards and recognition for her work with Water, Sanitation and Hygiene as well as women’s upliftment and empowerment including from the Cabinet Minister of Water Resources, Government of India as well as from the Ambassador of the United States to India.
