Lenin Raghuvanshi is an Indian Dalit rights activist, political thinker and social entrepreneur. He is one of the founding members of People's Vigilance Committee on Human Rights (PVCHR), which works for the upliftment of the marginalised sections of the society. His work has been recognized with awards like Gwangju Human Rights Award (2007),the ACHA Star Peace award (2008), the International Human Rights Prize of the city of Weimar (2010) Special Mentions Prize of Human Rights of The French Republic (2018),Public Peace Prize(2018)and Karmaveer Maharatna Award (2019).He nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to combat masculinity driven militarist traditions, for his contribution to bettering conditions for peace in world and for acting as a driving force in efforts to prevent the use of masculinity driven militarist traditions as a weapon of war and conflict. His childhood learning on hegemonic masculinity has been acknowledged by film actor Aamir Khan and he has been invited to participate in Satyamev Jayate TV series, a TV show hosted by Aamir Khan that discussed issue of violence and hegemonic masculinity that went on air in 2014

With a master's degree in political science, he dedicated his career to working for the deprived and victimized people in the border areas of India. He actively participated in relief work during the Kargil War and worked on projects funded by UNICEF. Adhik is also a visiting faculty at Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has delivered inspirational speeches at prestigious institutions like Stanford University and UC Berkeley. He has held the Rajiv Gandhi Chair for Peace and Disarmament at Jawaharlal Nehru University and is currently the Distinguished Professor of Peace Studies at MIT World Peace University. He holds a Ph.D. with a research focus on "Swatantryaveer Savarkar's Biography in the Form of an Epic 'Vinayak Vijay' Consisting of 5400 Lines," showcasing his dedication to literature and historical research. In addition to his Ph.D., Dr. Upadhye holds a B.Com degree and has pursued diplomas in Computer Science and Business Management. He also holds an M.A. degree. Beyond academics, he completed a certificate course in textile design, earning recognition as one of the selected designers allowed to display designs in the prestigious 'Jahangir Art Gallery.' Dr. Sanjay Upadhye is a prolific writer with notable works, including poetry collections such as 'Vastav,' 'Indemaoochi Gani' (poetry for kids), 'Geet Bhagvad Gita' (Marathi), 'Ainweli' (Marathi), and 'Geetageetamrutam' (Hindi). He has also contributed to the Marathi police TV serial '100' and authored the story and lyrics for the Marathi film 'Samradnyi.' Apart from writing, he is an accomplished actor in Marathi TV serials and professional and amateur Marathi, Hindi, and Kannad theatre. He also possesses nearly three years of experience as a magician. Dr. Upadhye is recognized for his daily lectures on Bhagavad Gita, delivered on 'Prabhat' and 'E TV' channels over three years. He has a diverse range of talents, including participation in sports like Time Shield Cricket and Mumbai League Billiards and Snookers. Dr. Upadhye's versatile skills extend to directing amateur theatre in various languages, choreographing inter-school dances, and directing cultural shows for the handicapped. He is renowned for his performance in the one-act show "Gappashtak," having conducted more than 1500 shows in 15 countries. His contributions have earned him awards such as Gadima Pratishthan's 'Chaitraban' and the "P. B. Bhave" Puraskar for Best Orator of the Year. After 16 years of service with Canara Bank, Dr. Upadhye diversified his career, excelling in corporate filmmaking, facilitating educational programs, and workshops on work ethics. He introduced the concept of "Spirituality in Corporate Management" and conducted Personality Enhancement sessions. He has also contributed to education by conducting workshops on "Spirituality in Education" for students of M.Ed. and NMIMS. Dr. Upadhye served as an Executive Director for Vishva Shanti Sangh for World operations and was an advisor to the MIT School of Government. He was a Keynote Speaker at the International Conference on Higher Education organized by UNESCO in 2009, reflecting his dedication to literature, education, spirituality, and the arts.

I also work closely with the back office in scrutiny of medical claims and in finding new ways to keep Uplift's members healthy!
