Finding the pathway to ‘world peace’ through the confluence of time-tested philosophies of various nations and religions  of the world

Dr. Satyanarayan Sahu

A student of Collected Works of Mahatma Gandhi and writings of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar,  Swami Vivekananda, Utkal Mani Gopabandhu Das and Utkalgaurab Madhusudan Das Shri S.N.Sahuserved late Shri K.R.Narayanan, President of India, as Officer on Special Duty and Press Secretary. He also served as Director in Prime Minister's Office during 2004 and 2009 and has a record of serving as Joint Secretary in Rajya Sabha Secretariat. He has delivered numerous lectures in several universities and reputed educational institutions such as IIM, Calcutta, NITs, National Law Schools.   He has authored numerous articles and one of the  most recent articles  is the "Global Significance of Champaran Satyagraha"  published in the 6th May 2017 issue of Mainstream. The most recent article he authored is titled "Telling People Not to Use 'Dalit' Contravenes Both the Law and the Dalit Cause" in the wire in.

He has extensively written on diverse subjects as also varied aspects of the worldview of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. B R Ambedkar, Swami Vivekananda, Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das and Utkal Gaurab Madhusudan Das. He was invited to deliver lectures on manifold subjects in educational institutions  in India and abroad.  Particular mention may be made of the invitation he received to deliver lectures  in Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and George Washington University, Washington, in 2003 on the theme " Indian Insights into Environmental Crisis". He also delivered a lecture in Osaka University in 2008 on the theme " Mahatma Gandhi's vision in the context of efforts to face challenges of global warming and climate change in twenty first century world." Many of his articles have been translated to Hindi, Marathi and Tamil. Currently he is a guest faculty in National Law University, Delhi   and teaches LLM and LLB students.

Dr. Ashok Mehta

MS, FRCS (GLASGOW), FUCS Medical Director & Consultant Cancer Surgeon

He was teacher in General Surgery and M.Ch. Oncology, Bombay University. Under his tutelage, many head and neck surgeons, and residents were trained. He has been instrumental in developing head and neck oncology as a superspeciality attracting a number of young surgeons. This is significant since head and neck cancers constitute one-third of all cancers in India.

His main interest has been in the field of organisation, continuing medical education bringing the state- of-the-art surgery to far flung areas of the country by doing video demonstrations and live surgery demonstrations. He published a book on “Diagnosis and Management of Cancer”.

He is currently Head of Department of Oncology, Dr. BalabhaiNanavati Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai; Surgical Oncologist, Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai; Medical Director, BSES MG Hospital, Mumbai; and Hon. Medical Director, J. W. M. Global Hospital and Research Centre, Mount Abu.

Prof. S. R. Bhatt

Professor S.R.Bhatt is an eminent philosopher and Sanskritist. Presently he is Chairman, Indian Council of Philosophical Research, Ministry of Human Resource development, Government of India. He is also Chairman of Indian Philosophy Congress and Asian Philosophy Conference He was earlier General President of  All India Philosophy Association. He retired as Professor and Head, Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi, Delhi. He is internationally known as an authority on Ancient Indian Culture, Buddhism, Jainism and Vedanta. His research areas include Indian Philosophy, Logic, Epistemology, Ethics, Value-theory, Philosophy of Education, Philosophy of Religion, Comparative Religion, Social and Political Thought etc. He has lectured in many universities and research institutes of United States, Canada, Trinidad, Finland, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Thailand. He is a member of many national and international associations. He is a Member of Board of Advisors of Council for Research in Values and Philosophy, Washington D.C., USA, which has brought out 300 volumes on world cultures and civilizations.
Prof. Bhatt is member of Governing Body and Society of Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla, member of Executive Council and Court of Jawaharlal Nehru University, Member of Society of Indian Council for Cultural Relations, member of the Mentor Group, General Council, Executive Council and Finance Committee of Sanchi University of Buddhist and Indic Studies, Madhya Pradesh. He has been associated with many educational and cultural organizations.

Prof. Francois Dastur 

Françoise Dastur is an honorary professor and specialist in German philosophy and phenomenology. She is also Honorary President of the French School of Daseinsanalysis (existential analysis) of which she was one of the founding members.  She has many national and International publications on her name. She is one of the great figures of French phenomenology. Philosopher and translator, she is an honorary professor of many universities A specialist in phenomenology, she has written some of the most enlightening works on particularly complex authors.

Prof. Heather Eaton:

Ph.D. in Theology and Ecology; University of Saint Michael's College, Toronto. Master's of Divinity, University of Saint Michael's College, University of Toronto.BA, Queen's University, Kingston. Member of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. Heather Eaton is a professor at Saint Paul University. She has a PhD in ecology, feminism, theology and religious pluralism. Her recent work looks at religious imagination, evolution, Earth dynamics, peace and conflict studies on gender, ecology, religion, animal rights and non-violence.

Constance A. Jones, PhD (Sociology, Emory University) is a sociologist of religion who researches new religious movements, Hinduism and Buddhism in the West, Sociology of Religion, Sociology of Knowledge, Transdisciplinarity, Heuristic Methods, J. Krishnamurti, the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff, and the meeting of East and West in intellectual history.She has served on faculties of a number of graduate programs of religion, including the Graduate Theological Union; the Department of Religious Studies, University of California, Santa Barbara . Currently, she is an active member of CESNUR, Association for the Study of New Religions, Torino, Italy; the International Advisory Board for "The Complete Teachings of J. Krishnamurti "; and the American Academy of Religion.

Prof. Ashok Vohra 

Ashok Vohra, Professor of Philosophy, Delhi University has published more than One hundred fifty research papers and articles in national and international research journals, anthologies and newspapers. He has delivered special lectures in various Universities in India, USA, UK, Austria, Japan, Thailand, Kenya, North Korea, South Korea, Lithuania, Greece, Czechoslovakia, and Canada. He is on the editorial board of HumanitasAsiatica, Seoul; Journal of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research (JICPR), New Delhi; Indian Philosophical Quarterly, Pune; Suvidya: Journal of Philosophy and Religion, Bangalore; and Indian Journal of Analytic Philosophy, Bhubaneshwar, Unmilan, Jaipur. He is on the Advisory Board of DialalatoCorde, Rome. He writes regularly for the Times of India, Hindustan Times, The Tribune, and The Pioneer on philosophical themes with a view to popularize them.

BK Dr.Sachin is a patient Consultant physician and intensivist Dr.Sachin has been an integral member of J Watumull Global Hospital & Research Centre since 2010. He has worked as an intensivist at BSES MG Hospital (Mumbai) and P D Hinduja Hospital (Mumbai). Dr. Sachin’s critical care experience spans managing cardiac emergencies in a cath lab / ICCU. Dr. Sachin holds an MD in general medicine from USAIM and an MD in alternative medicine from the Indian Institute of Alternative Medicine. He was an Indo-Australia Critical Care fellowship and also a Fellowship in Intensive Care Medicine.

Mr. Yigit Emon

He is a businessman & entrepreneur in the textiles Industry since 1992 on international level, CEO of Akse Tekstil, a highly successful international fashion enterprise and CEO of Artek A.S. a leading company in textile technologies, chemicals, software and auxiliary products . He became a member of the Consulting Board of the World Brotherhood Union Mevlana Supreme Foundation in 2003.

He has been serving in the Organization Committee of the global event; “Call to World Peace from the Universal Brotherhood” which has been carried out for the past 24 years on each November 1st in Istanbul, where renowned speakers from all over the world come to share their valuable teachings.

In addition to his services above, he is the Founder/Chairman of the "Call to Friendship Association" that invites Missionaries who have been a light for humanity and who have made Dimensional progress to Unification.
